Chapters of oSTEM are in need of local supporters both at the university and in the community. Individuals are welcome to give professional advice, make brief presentations, or recruit members for professional positions.

Possible presentation topics include fields of employment available to certain STEM majors, being out in the workplace, and academic careers. Contact a chapter near you for local engagements, or the national oSTEM coordinator for national events.

oSTEM recognizes that many employers are interested in recruiting LGBTQ individuals to increase the diversity of their workforces. The national coordinator and local chapters welcome inquiries about recruiting and speaking engagements.
