Why oSTEM is important for you
     Many students face the decision when searching for or beginning a new job whether to hide their LGBTQ identity or to be proudly themselves. oSTEM members work together to build the confidence and decorum budding professionals need to succeed in the workplace. oSTEM also works to make a connection between out professionals and students for mentoring, networking, and recruiting. That support from fellow professionals makes it easier for these young professionals to be themselves in the workplace and gives them the confidence to succeed.
