It is with great care and concern for the safety of our members, attendees, volunteers and staff that we, with full support of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors at oSTEM and NOGLSTP, have decided to transition into a fully virtual conference for our 10th Annual oSTEM Conference + Out to Innovate™ 2020. We are excited at this opportunity to reinvent our event and are working hard to bring you a fabulous virtual conference experience.

While we continue to work out the details of our conference we would like to provide you with an updated FAQ page that addresses this change to our conference. While our team works to reimagine this event we can reassure potential attendees that we will have a career fair/expo, a hackathon, and opportunities for networking. As details coalesce, updates will be posted on our website, on our social media, and released via our newsletter.

In addition, our Request for Programs is now reopened and will close August 14 to allow all interested presenters additional time to submit the quality programming that has become the standard for our conference. We look forward to experiencing the outstanding programs that have formed the core of our community programming for a decade now, and brand-new programs made possible by this year’s virtual format.

Our registration will open August 31, 2020 and close October 23, 2020. In line with our continued commitment to accessibility, we have elected to make registration free this year with a suggested donation for professionals. We anticipate that this will eliminate some of the access barriers that exist for in-person events. We hope this encourages all who are interested and able to attend our conference.
